A school management system built for a specific school or district handles four things at once: enrollment and student records, attendance and grading, staff scheduling, and communication with parents. MySQL holds the underlying data, and every screen, teacher dashboard, parent app, and admin console, reads from the same source, so a grade entered in the gradebook shows up in the parent app within seconds.
