None of that requires a large team or a long timeline. It requires someone who has built booking logic before and knows where it tends to break.

Every project ships with a REST API layer from the start, even for the first version, so that a mobile app or a partner integration later does not require rebuilding the backend. We also deploy on AWS by default, using Docker containers so the environment you test in matches the one running in production. That single decision eliminates a category of "it worked on my machine" bugs that otherwise eat into launch week.
