Here is a genuine limitation worth saying out loud. A web app is the right call when your staff and customers have a browser and a connection, which covers most front-desk, back-office, and guest-facing work. If your core need is a field app that works fully offline deep in the backcountry with GPS and no signal, a native mobile build is often the better tool, and we will tell you that before you spend a dollar.
