We use PostgreSQL constraints to make a double-booking impossible rather than merely unlikely.

For the advisory practice above, we built the portal with a React frontend and a Node.js backend, then wired document storage to AWS S3 with signed URLs so files stay private. Onboarding a new household dropped from an eight-day back-and-forth to about two days, mostly because clients stopped waiting on email replies to know what to send next.
