We use a component-based structure that keeps form inputs responsive, preventing frustrating lags when staff members enter lengthy patient intake histories. On mobile devices, companion applications built with Flutter allow roaming nurses to update vital signs directly from patient rooms without returning to a central workstation.

Handling sensitive medical records means database design is the most critical phase of the build. We use MySQL to maintain structured relational tables for patients, doctors, insurance providers, and billing ledgers. For unstructured documents such as scanned referral letters or lab PDF reports, we integrate secure cloud storage with strict tokenized access so files remain protected against unauthorized downloads.
